Microbreweries committed to Alpes Consigne for bottle reuse. This partnership reduces household waste, limits the use of natural resources, reduces energy requirements by 75% compared to recycling, and creates jobs in the region. The spent grain (cereal residues from brewing) is recycled for animal feed by local farmers. Liquid residues (yeast, hops, proteins, etc.) are collected by Tri-Vallées for methanization 30 km from the brewery.
